A pregnant woman discovers that her husband of six years has been keeping a secret from her. Not an affair. Not a second family. He’s a Reddit troll. And unfortunately, not the mostly harmless "arguing with strangers about Star Wars" variety.

After he leaves his account open on their shared laptop, she finds a history of deliberately cruel comments, private messages, and harassment—including attacks on teenagers. This is particularly difficult to reconcile with the husband she knows: gentle, supportive, and so conflict-free that they’ve reportedly fought three times in nine years.

Now she’s confronting an unsettling gap between the person beside her and the person behind the username, with a baby arriving in a few months. The internet may encourage people to behave differently when nobody knows their name, but anonymity doesn’t neatly contain the consequences when the person discovering your alter ego shares your home, your marriage, and your future child.
